Default Alignment Guru Advise/Input Needed

hello everyone. I just got an alignment and so wondering if you guys can give me some input in it. Car is mostly street driven. I showed them the UK spec that I had.

The car is a 2006 with swift springs with stock shocks. Tires are 255/40/17 in the rear and 225/45/17 in front.

This is the UK spec that I showed them:

By the wear you're describing, you mainly drive in a straight line.

Any alignment will be fine for that. When you start racing or competing, then we can help you with more specific advice.

And by the way, if you just changed to a "UK alignment" then you'll actually wear your insides MORE if you continue your current driving style.

"Better" is very useage dependent. You just picked an alignment that is probably NOT "better" for your type of use.

EDIT: actually, I can't even comment on how the wear will be different... what were your alignment numbers BEFORE they adjusted it (and after your springs went on).

I do drive straight for the most part but i go up to the mountain on occassion or to the track. Did Buttonwillow last year and planning on doing it again soon. Just want an overall alignment that I can do when I need it. I know I can't have everything.

by looking at that alignment spec, would that be okay if i wanted to take the car to the track?

After installing the springs, I didn't do an alignment. I know I should have but the car was driving straight. This is the first time I did an alignment on the car. The spring were put on 20k miles ago. The tires lasted 26k miles.
