Default Alignment Question

I had an alignment done at Roger Kraus Racing last October and I've done about 7-8 HPDEs since then. Today I noticed the left-front tire is wearing on the inside much more than the right-front tire's inside. The rears are fine. I'm wondering if I could've knocked the alignment out of spec running over the berms (sp?) on the track - I usually try to run over every flat/semi-flat one. My question is, should I be doing an alignment regularly since I'm tracking the car quite often (at least once or twice a month now)?

I usually get an alignment about 2 times a year. If i've had a bad off then i may get it checked and corrected then as well.

You need to make sure they really crank down on the adjustment nuts to keep it from changing easily.
