Default Alignment Questions

A few questions about alignment. (and yes I used the search feature first, no answer.) I currently am running Bilstein PSS9s and a CR FSB I ride on street summer performance tires. My car is the weekend warrior with occasional autocrosses and track days. I am due for an alignment and will be corner balancing the car shortly. I So my questions...

What alignment are you guys running?
Do you recommend I sit in the car while balancing and aligning it?
Is there an official alignment thread somewhere?

There is good info in the AutoX FAQ regarding alignment settings: https://www.s2ki.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=172595

Is it better to have a driver (weight) in the car while it is aligned?

Alignment I don't think the weight will be a huge difference. Corner balancing though I think would benefit from having the weight there.

I always sit in the car when getting it aligned. It does affect the results.
