Default Almost ready for HPDEs

So the s2k is new to me and I plan to use it for ~20 days of HPDEs this season. I will trailer the car to events, but also have plates on it.

Cobra Seats in.
6 points Harnesses in.
Rockstar Garage Double Roll Bar in. (in RED)

DIY brake duct cooling with custom inlet made on 3d printer. Hawk DTC-60 pads

WAITING on my Gendron front sway bar.

Motul brake fluid, oil and dif fluid changed.

Once I get the sway bar then alignemnt. (Has Bilstein PSS9s)

Going to start with the Ventus R-S3s that came on the car, but most likely get a 2nd set of "stickyer" tires and another set of wheels and use the Hankooks for rain.

Also working to see if I can make a Rennline folding tow hook work

Please tell me that you have done HPDEs in previous cars and this isn't going to be your first time on track.

It is not.

Why do you ask that ? Besides "stickyer" tires, I think the car would be well set up for someone new.

HPDE's are about learning, not about racing competitive. the sticky tires is a no go. start with something cheap. Also ditch the sway bay.

That's what I do at least. Good luck!

Funny you say that because I recently did a rain day on pretty worn RS3's and people were shocked that I was running on those tires. But they didn't seem bad to me. Car stayed pointed in the right direction for the whole event.

I've done a few wet sessions on the RS3s, granted they weren't "end of life" but they worked well even in standing water.
