Default Another Alignment Question

I am looking to find out a good alignment spec for my car. The car will be driven 95% of the time on the street (like an animal) and then I also plan on attending a few track days at some point as well this summer (Not AutoX). I am looking for a good compromise between even tire ware and good high speed stability without understeering into the weeds.

Here is my setup:

H&R Coil-Overs (Spring Rates=345lb Front & Rear)

The vehicle will be lowered approx 1-1.25" Max (This will be dependant on what ever the ideal corner weight numbers end up being)

I also purchased the BSK from GoFast Labs

I will be running 17" Volk CE-28n wheels:
17 x 7.5 Front Offset is 50 using 225x45 tires (Michelin Pilot Sport II's)
17 x 9 Rear Offset is 63 using 255x40 tires (Michelin Pilot Sport II's)

Stock Front & Rear Sway Bars

I have done quite a bit of searching on various alignment specs with and without the BSK installed but it's hard to tell if these specs I am finding are mostly for track dedicated cars.

From what I have found the OEM Specs appear to be:

Front Castor: 6.0

I'd do a search for the fabled "UK aligment" and go with that especially if the car is going to be 95% street driven.

I have the BSK and KW coilovers. I've been running the following since last fall:

Front: 5.5 deg caster, -1.5deg camber, 0 toe
Rear: -2 deg camber, 1/8th inch toe in

Someone had posted a jpg image of this (I have on my computer) but I can't show it (I'm guessing because I'm not a member). I'll be happy to email it to someone who is and they can post it. PM with your email if you want.

The "optimum spec" as listed on Bulletin A0002294 is:

Front:
Caster 6.45 (really its maximum equal 90% of cars can't get this high)
Camber -1.0 deg.
Toe 0.0 deg.

Rear:
Camber -2.0 deg.
Toe 20 seconds (1/3 of a degree)
