You may have some rubbing with an aftermarket exhaust. I have the spugen dual ovals, and the right side can hit the draw bar when installed. I took the 'hit it with a hammer' approach to bend the rear brackets a bit more to the rear, then lengtened the main bar a bit to compensate. I still have the occasional rub, but nothing that's a problem.
