I do not know the style's name, but is anyone using the type of rearview mirror that basically goes from driver A-pillar to passenger A-pillar? Opinions?

I think Davepk had one back in the day. Their not that uncommon in race cars because you can't move around to see different shite in the mirrors when you're strapped in.

I drove a another S that had a broadway mirror installed. It was convex and twice as long as stock. All it added was a view of headrests of both seats. It did not help IMHO. Maybe in a stripped car...

Shoot me, but I was thinking of installing one and then removing my side mirrors. It wouldn't be legal on the street, but it seems the car is beginning to see less and less of that kind of use.

Exactly what you would use it for. The kind you're thinking of just looks like a row of 5 or 6 rearview mirrors in a row, right? Not one of those retarded JDM things?

As far as I know if you have one rearward facing mirror you should be fine just about anywhere in the country. And apparently using it is optional

I know a few people who have those in their race cars. They seem to like them. Is your question about sourcing them, installing them, using them, or what?
