Default Asking for trouble?

I am considering adding more camber to my suspension setup. I plan to use
tires sized 225/45f 245/45r.

I want to change the camber to a)get more grip while turning b)because with the
stock setting all four tires rub when going throuhg dips.

I have read 30+ threads regarding camber settings and tire sizes. I don't have a
question about that.

My question is: Most of the threads indicate that a front contact patch of 225 will
require the use of an aftermarket sway bar.

Since I don't have a sway bar, Am I asking for trouble by going to max camber settings
(-1.5 and -2.5)??

FYI I am going to Roebling Road on Friday

If all four tires are rubbing over a dip, you have a more important issues to work out than camber settings. Have you lowered the car? Are you even using stock wheels?

1.5 front and 2.5 rear are not max settings and are at best considered "mild track."

You only need the bar if you don't have the mad skillz to drive with your rear end hanging out. Or in other words, drive slower and you won't spin.

The stock suspension without lowering and arms that aren't bent will allow up to 4 degrees of negative camber in the rear. I forget where this dumps your toe settings though. The suspension does not travel in a completely verticle and/or linear plane. By simply adding X camber you will not create X clearance. Won't happen, sorry.

If you are banging lowered or your wheels have the incorrect offsets you are pretty much screwed until you toss the bling-bling in the garbage.
