Default AutoX cooler

Odd request,
But after running our test and tune this past weekend in Atlanta I realized that my old autocross cooler is WAY too big to fit into my CR's trunk and leave room to put much of anything else in there.

Since I don't have a tow trailer or anything yet I have to pack everything into the car.

One of the biggest space hogs is my cooler, it fit in my ST Civic just fine, but not so much in the S2000.

So any other non-tow S2000 drivers have a proven cooler that fits into the trunk easily?

Get a good soft side cooler. I received one as a corporate Christmas gift and it holds about 14 beers. It's pretty much the best business type gift I've ever received. It travels in the foot well of the passenger seat.

Oh, I just remembered, it's made by Callaway Golf

I am assuming by beers you mean carbonated nonalcoholic beverages since this is an automotive event we are discussing after all

I second this. The soft guys don't hold as much but they are definitely better than nothing.

Just bought one of these. Might be what you are looking for.

I was doing the extreme school, and I did the first point event with you guys. I saw your car there, but I was too shy to come over and say hello

I'm jadrice with the white CR. Next time I hope I get a chance to chat with you. I love the blue CRs

I use a coleman cooler thats almost as big as the recess in the trunk. still allows me to put my helmet bag and tool bag in the trunk as well as stuffing a backback with clothes if im going overnight in where the spare tire would be.

While we're on the subject of fitting stuff in the trunk, I've found a Rubber Maid tote like this one fits great in the tool well. Keeps stuff dry on a rainy day in the paddock.

Hey Jadrice, I saw you. I wasn't very neighborly on Sunday as I work timing for our region and they were keeping me very busy with errors and such. Next time we can discuss more. I had some setup questions for you that I wanted to run by you. I am running the white Prelude in Pro DSP for points this year as I'm getting married and won't have time to fully develop my car for BS. I am going to work on it this season and have it ready for next season though.

Odd side note, I actually bought my CR from a guy in Louisville who actually knows Marc.

I put a soft side cooler that fits in the spare tire area if you remove the plastic trunk cover temporarily (three pull pins). I still bring the plastic cover around for class-legality issues, but I use that area for packing and storage to and from events.

And as a side note, I think we should get little stickers made for the sides of our cars with our s2ki names on them during competition.
