Otherwise I would have ordered the Braille and been done with it.

Any suggestions/help are appreciated!

How about this? http://www.solarseller.com/battery_post_co...ters_repair.htm

Go down to Stud to top post conversion connectors.

Gotcha. So it doesn't have provisions for male side posts? Can the male studs be extracted and have proper posts screwed in?

Almost exactly what I am looking for. The only problem is the battery has 6mm (roughly1/4") ring terminals and they only have 3/8" and 5/16" terminals. Now at least I know how to search.

After hours of searching, I'm beginning to think that they don't make what I need. I may have to figure out another way.

It's a race battery question that would be best answered by people who have used these for racing applications. I need it to be this specific size to compliment another race related part. Why wouldn't it be in R and C?

I still havent really figured out the ideal way to do this. If I could have found the stud to post conversions in smaller than 6mm I could have had a machine shop fab them, but don't have any idea what to do now without changing the way the battery wires connect to the battery.

Anyone? Really would appreciate help!

Thanks!

If you look at the stock connectors you can see there are screws that go thru them to tighten them

I took the screws out and squashed the clips a bit turned them sideways and put them thru the screws on the battery and tightenned them down

Deka ETX15L - 5kg

Deka ETX20L - 7kg

Light and very reasonably priced. Note the uncanning resemblance of the Braille equivalent models.
