Default Bent suspension - which to replace?

Took it into alignment.

Right Front Camber stay positive 0.7; can't reduce it or make it negative.
Toes are fine. Caster is positive 7.
Left Front looks ok.

Right Rear looks ok; toe is slightly more negative than ideal (in at 0.49)
Left Rear Camber is very negative (-3.9), toe stay positve (out at 2.2, bad)

Which parts should I replace:
- The Knuckle/Spindle (by the hub)
- The Upper arm
- The Lower arm

Each item costs ~$300, I want to minimize cost so hoping someone has experience with this and can lead me. I am thinking just the Knuckle/Spindle?
Visual check looks good, there is no obvious bent but something is bent because I can't get the alignment back.

Does comprehensive insurance cover wheel and suspension damage due to spin out (no accident with other car)?

Thanks.

I went off and after it was real aligned I lost a lot of caster on the left front.
There are a few things in the FAQ you might want to check:

if you are ap1 check the a arm mount weld is good and the
visually inspect the ball joints

On mine I suspect it was the upper a arm - the lower is realy chunky it doesn't look like it would bend at all. Anyways to be sure I bougth both upper and lower from a part out here and had them replaced and the problem is gone cost, about $300 total.

I would also check the alignment is a place you trust? the guy who put my a arms back on insisted on aligning the car and couldn't get it in spec. His rack must have been way off calibration because my regular place got it back to my spec ok.

Take a look at the subframes as well. I have bent the front subframe in the past with an impact to the right front(doestn't matter if impact was right or left just that an impact can bend the subframe).
