Default Bilstein PSS9 Damper Setting

What damper setting do you guys use when tracking with PSS9?

Do you guys use linear setting i.e setting 5 for front and rear or different setting for front and rear?

Cheerz

Erik

Nothing wrong with using PSS9's on the track if you're on street tires. They ARE on the soft side as far as spring rates go, so they won't play well with R-Compounds; but other than that I don't see any reason why they shouldn't be used on the track.

As for the settings, set the rear softer than the front if you're having problems with your rear sliding out. It's all trial and error really.

Shoot a PM to Fyrestrike...he runs PSS9s and is a Chin Motorsports instructor for track days.

My car is fine with R comps on the track and it's pretty good but I couldn't get the heat to the rear tyres, on the bright side it's better than using street tyres
