I have the speed bleeders but I tend to just use them like the regular bleeders. I usually do about 6-7 pedal pumps per corner (wifey's job) and fill the fluid bewteen corners. Never had a problem with the fluid running dry. I bleed before and after every HPDE (sometimes I'll bleed them after day 1 of a two day event). Never had any braking problems. I use the cheap (but good) Valvoilne Synpower fluid.

I too bleed before and after every HPDE event. If the pedal feel drops off durring an event, I will bleed at the track too. (Take a bunch of empty water bottles for the old fluid.)
