Brake Pads
Krazik - As you know, that's what I do too. However, be aware that a new set of Porterfields need to be "bedded in" for them to acheive their best performance. cdelena described this procedure pretty well in another thread. Also, since the rotor is slightly changed by whatever pad is installed, when you swap back and forth, you have to do a "mini-bed-in" for the pads to conform to the disk surface. It ususally takes about a day of driving around for the brakes to feel correct. HTH
My Porterfield R4-S pads don't squeak or squeal much at all; only slightly noisier than stock. They do produce much more dust; my wheels always look grungy
