Side note: I had started the car but not the camera, got pissed off shut the car off and tried to start it again. Battery was dead. I got harassed hardcore by Wingmang and his bro.

Always disconnect the battery when working on the car.
Also, make sure that the body is structurally sound enough to accept a roll cage.
We put a bunch of hours into our first Chump Car dismantling things... only to find later that a key cage mounting point was rusted beyond structural safety. And that if we tried to cage the car, it would have punched through the floor (like that Mustang) with any kind of impact.

I'd like to hear how your selling off of the interior goods goes. We were only able to sell a few pieces from our RX7, but...then again, it's an FC RX7, and I'm sure there's more than a few sitting around not running with spare interiors to spare
