So you were the one with the silver V there.

Very nice, looks like a lot of fun around that track. I need to get my V wagon to the track eventually.

After talking with the Cadillac challenge guys at WSIR and seeing their tire consumption rate, that pretty much confirmed my V will stay a street car but I'll need to bring it out one of these days just to play with it.

And you ran 1:47 in a 4300lb luxury car, so thats awesome

heheh thanks!

btw these laps were on Kumho Esctas. they're $1k cheaper than stock a set. I bet there is 2-3 seconds easy in the stock tires. probably 6 off of an r comp.

the caddy can be a good track car, but not while still being a good street car. And yes at those hp and weight you're gonna burn thru consumables.

Wife and I are planning "retirement" from competitive big track things. Currently planning on a casual track day at Road America in the RS4. I'm planning on lots of squealy-squaky shenanigans.
