Seems like you would have to do pads and rotors, since part of the process is conforming the surface of the pads to the profile of the rotors, and part is transferring material from the pad to the surface of the rotor. The last bit, that wouldn't require rotors to go with the pads, is baking & pressing out volatile chemicals from the pad material.

There is another thread covering this but Bedding in the rotors is very easy to do and can be done at the track without all the ramping stops and cool down process. It was also noted that the pads have more material when they are pre bedded than if you bedded them yourself.

I was just looking to order some CT pads today. Do you have to call CT to place an order directly from them? I didn't see any way to add to a cart or order online.

I bought a full set of rotors and pads from Carbotech (XP 10/8) prebedded. IMO it is well worth the $20 to get them prebedded. Just put them on your car and hit the track. Mine have worked flawlessly for 3 track days with no sign of fade at all.

Just call them directly if you are going to order (877-899-5024). Ask to speak to Mike, Jr. and tell him Wynn from Nashville sent you. He should hook you up with a discount on the pads

XP8's should be good for the street. I still run my 10/8's on the street and they work really well. Better than stock as long as you don't mind the noise My rear XP8's don't really make any noise though.

They will eat the rotors on the street and they will dust like crazy! I loved my ax6 as street pads but ultimately I went to the bobcats to reduce the dust so it wouldn't act like cement on my wheels.
