I think its the work of Opera in Japan. Either the owners car or one WEALTHY customer getting their treatment.
Fixed. It doesn't take luck to get them to work on your car, just a shit load of money.

personally i say no. but i know for a fact they look nice lol. but on a serious note during a crash event they do tie the car together quite well i rolled a wrx and had every chassis brace imaginable and it wasent just a minor roll i hit a shit load of trees and the car drove fine afterwards even though it was totaled

I read this thread but didnt feel like answering because I thought it would be one of those "tell me what to buy threads". However since the OP seems sincerely intersted I'll share my experience.

I have the cusco front brace, roll/harness bar, "ladder" bar and js fender brace on my car. I felt a difference after each install, however it was more subtle as it went on.

To me the car was more responsive to my steering inputs, inversely I had better/quicker feedback from the car. I can definitely say that the "ladder" bar made the car rotate more easily.

I cant say if the stiffness is "worth it" in, weight vs stiffness, shaving time. For me, I like a stiff body and wanted to try it out before getting my coilovers.

edit*
I attend track days, DE's etc, whatever you want to call them. I dont race my car. I do take it for canyon driving every now and then. My car is a street car with semi race pads, re01-r, non-staggered, brake ducts, racing seat etc.

Im too lazy to find the correct name, but its the long under body brace that starts near the front subframe and ends at the rear subframe.
