Default Clutch choice

I am looking at getting a new clutch for my S, but don't know what are the good choices for running on the track. I plan on running I/H/E with most focus on aero and suspension. I will be running mainly HPDE and track days in the SE region. Looked at the SOS sport clutch and fly wheel as an option. Haven't read much on them, but did talk with them on a few separate occasion. I know i don't need any crazy twin disc or high sprung clutch. There is just no need for that with the light mods i will have. Plus I use it as my DD. Any information will be helpful.

Stock clutch is up to it. I'm still using the one that was in my car when I bought it at 40k miles. Now at 110k and it's done 12 track events, ~21 track days.

could just get a light flywheel for your oem clutch, so that you can shift faster.

Ditto on the lighter-weight flywheel/stock clutch recommendations.

I find that if I do a fast 2-3 shift, or even a fast 3-4 shift, the clutch slips so bad that I have to let off the gas for a split second for the clutch to grab. What would be the next step up from OEM, that still maintains daily driveability? Or should I just upgrade the pressure plate--and if so, which one?

im running the ACT pressure plate. it grabs hard with the oem disk and drives exactly like stock. i think its one of the best things that ive done to the car to be honest.

my setup is the ACT heavy duty pressure plate and stock disk.

ACT makes a good kit, heck I have my used one with the ACT flywheel still around if you want it.

+1 on ACT PP (pressure plate) + AP1 flywheel. Great combo for the price.

Very close to stock feel.

+2 on the ACT.
I have the ACT PP stock CD and ACT Ultra light flywheel.

It grabs real nice and no slipping. It handled 300whp just fine back when I was turbo and clutch feel is a little bit stiffer than stock.
