CMP track day
It's tough on brakes, but pretty easy on tires. Since you have some track experience, I would not run stock fluid or pads. Beyond that, stay off the hump at the apex of the kink (T10), as it will upset the car. Make sure to check your oil level after every session, and don't start a session with less than 5 bars of gas.
Since this track is supposed to be "tough on brakes":
I used to run the Panther+ (XP6) pads, but lately I've found myself over-temping them. I'm looking at a bunch of other, higher temp pads.
If Carbotech is convenient to you, that still doesn't necessarily mean P+. They have higher temp formulations.

I would also recommend ducting to the front brakes as a minimum. I ran the Cobalt pads there last month with front and rear cooling and worked the brakes all day with no hint of fade. Look at my photo album for pics of my ducting. CMP is a great place to go with excellent people running the event. PM me with any other questions. I'll be glad to help. I also have video but have no idea how to post. If anyone can help me with that I would be happy to share.
