Default coilover pressure?

Getting a "clunk" sound from rr suspension upon quick unload/load bumps. Removed coilover, suspension and everything looks fine and tight. Checked coilover pressure - around 35 lbs. Seems low. What is the recommended pressure? Nitrogen? Where can I get nitrogen?

Thanks!

I believe the nitrogen pressure should be around 125. PedalFaster would more than likely know the answer to this as he used to run these same shocks.

I spoke with Tom at JRZ. The recommended pressure range is 150 - 250 psi. I just got back from the local Penske Racing Shock shop where we charged my rears up to 200 psi.

The Penske tech, Dominick, was very helpful and showed me around the shop. There were lots of circle track shocks there, in various stages of development and overhaul. They had a nice shock dyno there as well. He was curious about our cars and sounded like he would be interested in developing a setup for the S2000, and showed me a set of shock bodies he had in mind.

While I was there I bought a Penske shock gauge.
