Default comptech FSB question

I am considering the purchase of a used comptech front sway bar. Any idea how to tell from photos if it is version 1 or 2?

Anyone have a picture of where they tend to break?

I have used the search but was not able to come up with the answer.

How would I be able to tell v1 from v2 comptech bars from a picture?

The v2 has much bigger welds around each hole.

You can see them on the picture of a new bar.

All the V1s should be broken by now.
Has anyone had a V2 break?

I don't have any pictures but when I got my v2 bar as a replacement for a v1 that had the adjustment bolt solidly seized, I measured the thicknesses and seem to have found that only the inner bar was changed in thickness (you can see my comments in the link posted above). The v1 had a sleeve in the inner bar for each adjustment hole while the v2 does not. The cracks all seemed to come from the oversized hole needed to press in the sleeve. The v2 has no sleeve and the adjustment bolt comes with "saddle" washers that conform to the outer bar on one side and are flat on the bolt/nut head side.
