No problem. Competed against him for a few years in Global Time Attack when I was campaigning my WRX. Tony broke the Street Class Overall Record back in 2015 with that S2000, which I was able to reset back in March of 2018 with my WRX. Was fun to compete with him, definitely pushed me to take that record haha.

Do people still like gram lights for track use? not a lot of cast wheels that are used in racing, right?

Depends on your definition of racing, however cast wheels are still extremely common for track use. All the flow-formed wheels are primarily cast and then the barrel is pulled, but in essence, they're just cast wheels.

Wouldn't worry too much about it honestly. Wheels are a wear item at the end of the day regardless . Get well known brands and inspect them, regardless if cast or forged, regularly.

My trunk is still bowed - but, it might be because I had a GTC200 on this trunk prior.

Depends on what tracks you're at, and how much kerbing you're taking. If you aren't aggressive on the kerbs, you can keep the wheels true for quite some time. But if you're trying to maximize your times, be aggressive on the kerbs, really pushing yourself to use all of the track, wheels can be a consumable like Jakob said.

I've ran 57C6, to Advan GT, ZE40s, and Advan RSDF Progressive. I've had small bends straightened, but never any major issues.

Yes, Mike is correct. Transponder for official track timing - needed for competition events (can't use your personal track timing).
