Craig, pipe up!!! How is the GFL TCD CBM BSK?
Not worth it... don't get one... does absolutely nothing. If I wasn't so lazy I'd probably remove it

Tell you what. Since I'm a nice guy, I'll come down to your place, wash your cars, take 'em for their weekly spin, and I'll uninstall this CBM you no longer want. Deal?

Btw, Craig, you do realize, don't you, that this CBM bumps you out of semi-stock and straight into Laifattland. Just 2 more seconds you need to make up at Streets. Happy hunting.

After 3 days of running SOW CW I've corded the Buttonwillow RA1s. The drivers front and rear have a funny "scalloping" along the outer edges... look like "knobbies"
Tony, you had the same scalloping knobbies at Thill on your front tires too.
Craig, could yours have been due to being not balanced properly?
Oh, were you faster than Aaron?

I'll have to go check my tires as well. Craig and I took a look at them on Saturday and the left side seemed to be developing the knobbies although this was only day 4 on this set.

I'm starting to see the same wear pattern on the rears now too. I think I'll be lucky to squeeze one more day (would be the 6th plus 1,000 street miles) out of them.

That's okay, I take my car to the car wash and drive it daily. Plus I like the bling bling "look" of the so-called CBM

One possibility might be that BW got a bad batch of tires from Toyo. Maybe shaving didn't cause this. Mine didn't scallop, but had the concave groove.

I did such stupid things with pressures on this set of tires, that I'm chalking the whole thing up to experience and ignoring the fact that you guys see the same weird wear
