I live in the Houston area, and want to get an idea about what driving courses are available in the area, and any experience some of you may have had with them.

 

Courses as in schools or tracks?

 

Schools... I'm looking to start having some fun with my s2000 and would like to get some basic instruction so that i might have some clue what I'm doing. I have looked online but can't seem to find anything definate. I'm not even sure what to look for in a good school.

Drivers Edge should do some track day instruction DE's there.

 

I signed up for the next Driver's Edge event at TWS. I have not been to one yet, but have heard good things from others I have met.

Evolution Autocross school is coming to TX in april

 

Im in the Houston area also. There is a Drivers Edge event at TWS this weekend that around 17 or so s2k guys will be at. It is just about full though but more events are in the future. Houston has a large group of guys that track pretty regularly. We would love to have you out. Here is their website:
