Are endlinks allowed for B-stock?

Are endlinks allowed for B-stock?

I'm thinking about getting the Saner bar but I seem to recall reading or hearing that new endlinks are now allowed. Does some have a rule book handy?

All attachments for the swaybar are open. including endlinks

Front only, of course in SCCA Stock class.
