I'm in my first year of auto-x and evo advantage is coming to ATL. Is this worth going to or should I wait and go to phase 1 when it comes closer.

Yes, it seems this is lower than phase 1 (since it is about half the price).

Since no one knows what an Evo Advantage school is (their site doesn't even say), why not mail the event organizer, ask them, and post your findings back here?

Oh, wait:

Get the Evo Advantage on the Friday before your next SCCA National Tour!

Designed for those drivers new to the sport or to the SCCA National Tour series, this course will give you a leg-up on your competition, and provide a taste of what to expect in our full-day schools.

I've done a couple of the local schools here and helped out a lot. I think I will probably just wait for phase 1 to come closer.

They will come anywhere if you have enough people or the money.

I usually recommend a couple of club schools and some seat time before spending the big bucks on the Evolution school.

Are you the new owner of Kermit - the green BMW coupe?

No, well not yet anyway Kermit is a family name, my dad goes by Kermit (really known as big Kerm since he is about 6'1" 280 lbs) and I go by Dale (or commonly known as little Kerm) by all the guys I went to high school with.
