First Race
I ran my first race this past weekend at VIR. It was a 3.5 hour enduro put on by NASA. It was my first time at the track and I love the place. My co-driver (hot shoe) was Jason Meise and he ran a 2:12.404 in the race.
Here is a picture of the car during the enduro (shift light blazing):

Since I am a NASA rookie, I started at the back of the pack. I advance the car about 10 positions before handing it over to Jason. We ended up finishing 6th overall (out of 55 cars) and 3rd in class (behind 2 Factory Five Roadsters).
I had a blast and can't wait for the next event.
I want to thank Scott at King Motorsports for building me a great motor and providing world class customer support. The Mugen splitter we put on really took care of the high speed understeer issue we were battling and the Mugen intake did a great job of ramming that cold February air down the S2K's throat. We were able to out drag race the V8-powered Factory Five cars pretty handily.
Thanks also to the many Racing and Competition folks that have provided me with great info - DavePK, slick rick and Rylan (and anybody else I am forgetting).

PS There are a few threads on Honda-Tech about the race - one of them has a video link that is pretty good.
