First time with a GoPro
Hey everyone, I borrowed my friends GoPro, so I was finally able to get a video of an autocross event. I'm fairly new to the sport, this is only my 5th event this year and I did about 4 last season.
This was my first event in the rain, so the first 3 runs I went fairly easy because I was unsure of how the car would handle. My best time was the last run (starts @ 6:00) at 64.444.
Feel free to comment / criticize / help me out with some pointers. Thanks!

Tip: Find a way to mount it behind you so we can see what you're doing, and we'll be happy to help critique your driving.
Another tip: Don't drive a course like that unless you can afford to lose your car. There are curbs and trees located in bigtime danger zones.

My god, never run with these people ever again. Besides putting out like 10,000 unnecessary cones, I"m pretty sure they broke every rule of safe course design. Were there really cars driving on the road one cone width outside of the course? You will never be able to really push it on a course like that where a small mistake means a totalled car. I'd recommend finding some SCCA events.
Driving wise, nothing in there looks wrong, there were a lot of places where you could carry more speed, but like I said I completely understand why you wouldn't...
I'd recommend sticking one of the adhesive mounts to the top of the glove box and putting the camera there so we can see your driving for next time. Then the view looks more like it looks like from the cockpit, and also you get a full view of what you're doing - here's an example of my videos to show the view - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=plvMu1mgNtk&feature=plcp

As said before, I don't see any real driving issues here, but holy crap I would never run a course like that. Waaaaaay too close to curbs, trees etc. Plus I hate regions that line the entire course with cones and basically make everyone run the same line. Was that an actual SCCA sanctioned event?
