How is this relevant to the fitment question at all? Your running aftermarket wider fenders, and spacers on a wheel with no disclosure on how big the spacer is, and the wrong size tire. The only thing you have in common to relate fitment is a 10" wide rim. Sorry, dont mean to beat you up, but post like these are just clutter and confusing when helping is the goal. There is a half dozen variables to account for on front fitment, so we need more then one of them.

No you're right, just wanted to bring to light that a tire >255 can fit the fronts if desired.

My setup is:

17x10 +55 Forgestar F14
255/40/17 Hankook RS3 V2
Ohlins DFVs with 700/600 Hypercos
J's Racing Lower Ball Joints
-3 Deg Camber
Fender rolled flat with slight pull

I think you could get away with no pull though.

How low are you? These are pretty similar spring rates as what I'm planning for.

The forgestar is an interesting choice, any chance you have a thread about them? I haven't heard of many people using them but the look pretty good. How much do yours weigh

I am not super low. I have the Ohlins DFVs set to the -15mm they allow in the rear, and have them set at the recommended height in the front currently. There is a whole thread about the Forgestars still on the first page of the R&C forum:

I did not personally weigh them, but I believe they were weighed by Mod Bargains at 19 lbs.

This is exactly my original plan but I think I'm switching to the Evasive Advan RSII. They are very similar in weight but I much prefer the design of the RSII. totally personal opinion though

Running 17x10 949's with +62 and a 275/35 17 with a 2mm spacer (to clear brakes). Fenders are just rolled and not even that much.

949 never made 17x10 +62...

They made +72 and +52. The new batch of 17x10 with the new spoke design is being made in 17x10 +52 only.

Are you guys running a 10mm spacer with the old 17x10 +72?

FWIW, I'm able to run the 17x10 +52 with a 255 up front. The rear's fit fine. I can easily fit a 255 in the rear with a standard flat roll and bumper tab relocate.

Up front is a flat roll with a a slight pull. I still have the crease/line in on my front fenders - it's not a full flaring for me.

Thanks for the info, what camber and spring rates if you don't mind my asking. Also is your camber from upper or lower ball joints?

Camber is -3.0 all around with a lower ball joint (J's style) - Hard Race/Megan (same manufacturer i'm certain).

I'm on 700 ft lbs Front / 600 ft lbs Rear.

I have about a finger and half gap or so - it's higher up than most S2k challenge cars - I want it to be more streetable and not really have to worry about driveways and what not.
