Default Handling ?'s

I have a stock 03 s2000, fuzion 205/225 tires. I track the car once a month, when work doesnt interfer, with PBOC. My question is improving the handling exiting turns the rear sets low and to the outside. My opinion, with very little experience btw, would be to level out the squat on exit of turns. Suggestions? Put my limited funds in r compound tires, (pricey)but i do have a spair set of wheels, a $500 stabilizer/strut bar, sorry forgot what it was called, recomended by bulletproof. Front end feels good just the rear makes me alittle uneasy exiting turns.
Thanks for the help

Running the correct size tire, (245), in the rear would go a long way to fixing the problem. What are your alignment settings?

Alignment is stock. I bought the car a year ago with those tires had 17k miles and tires were new. Picked up a set of 4 wheels and tires, same thing 205/225, forgot the brand but nothing special.

Reading the tire fourm does sound like tires may be the problem. I have two sets both wrong size. Think i'll correct that problem first. Now wether to get r compounds for track time or s02's to use dual purpose.

Get some 245/45/16 rear tires and adjust alignment to your liking...CHEAP!

Is your concern the squat, or is the rear end actually slipping? If it's not slipping, you shouldn't be too concerned about the squat.

Excessive squat could be a sign that your shocks are worn out.

I don't feel the shocks are worn out but maybe. I just know when i feel it set in, low in the rear, you are at the limit and sliding the rear is coming. Also its enhanced early when a rough surface corner sets it low early, then i better exit easy.

Set to stock, or "as received"? If you haven't done an alignment recently, I'd look into having it done before I ran another track day. They have been known to be off quite a bit from the factory.

Yeah, try wider rear tires and at least 2.5 degrees of negative camber in the rear, then see if you still think you have a problem.
