Default Hardtop + Cage

For those that have your hardtop bolted to a cage, are you using any/all of the hardtop hardware for that, or solely custom brackets?

If I buy a hardtop with hardware, I'm wondering if I can re-sell the hardware and make some money back once I get the cage installed.

yes to all questions

I am using NO factory hardware on my top.

I have alum plates on the front inside that mount to the stock holes and a plate attached to the cage in the back that flush up to the stock holes.

Awesome. That's exactly what I needed to know.

Thanks!

Same. HT is bolted to the cage using custom brackets made by my fabricator.
