Default Heater Box

Disconnected and removed my heater box today. Quesion is....what do I do with the lines that originally went into the heater box radiator? Connect them to each other? Connect the bottom to the top and shut the valve?

best is to connect them with a flexible hose.
And YES, shut the valve

how do you figure thats best?

you're closing the valve, why would you not cap them?

I don't agree You can get rubber caps at any auto parts store. Atleast here in the states. I'd also try to get any water out of them before you cap them for weight savings.
