Recently, I am practicing heel and toe by my S2000 AP2. But I confuse because there are three type sequences on the internet or books(speed secret).

Version 1 steps are:
1. braking
2. depress clutch
3. into a lower gear
4. blip
5. release clutch

Version 2 steps are:
1. braking
2. depress clutch
3. blip
4. into a lower gear
5. release clutch

Version 3 steps are:
1. braking
2. depress clutch
3. into neutral gear
4. blip when putting into lower gear
5. release clutch

Which one is more correct?
all three of these "versions" are doing the same thing. you're probably having a difficult time doing this because you're breaking steps 3 and 4 since those steps happen at the same time.

when you depress clutch in step 2, it doesn't matter the order that you perform steps 3 and 4, especially since steps 3 and 4 happen at the same time.

good luck.

Smoothly release brake. Mario Andretti famously said learning to release the brake pedal (during trail braking) was the last thing he learned about driving a race car.
^^^This.

I really started to experiment with feeling my brake release a lot more this past weekend - it was quite eye opening and really changed turn-in entry for every single corner, both high, medium, and low speeds.
