Default This height ok for tracking?

I've taken my S2000 to 4 or so track days. When I get ready to go to the track, I would raise the car up from being slammed and when I got home from the track, I'd slam it again.

I'm going to pick a height and stick with it so that I can get an alignment for it. I was told by another s2ki member on here (maybe he can chime in) that I should have about a fingers worth of gap between the fender and the tire. I have a little more than that right now, but I really don't want to go through the whole process of lowering the car just for half an inch (unless I really should).

Does this height look ok for an "everyday" track height? Or should I lower it some? I'm on Tein Flex btw. Thanks for any help guys.

ps. sorry for the iphone pics...

even down to almost no gap is fine if you have all the right suspension bits. If all you have is coilovers I wouldn't slam it for the track. I'd personally come down a little bit from there.

Interesting. I don't think I saw anything in the manual about a specific height but I'll go look again.
