Thumbs up Help me with Brakes please...

Here are some pics of my brake rotors taken on the morning after my last track day at HorseTheif Mile:
Rear Passenger Side Rotor

Rear Driver Side Rotor

Front Driver Side Rotor

Front Passenger Side Rotor

If you look at my rotors today, they are being worn evenly as if I was on the stock brake set-up.

Few questions:
-Is it normal for the rotors to look this way?
-What is the blue hue on the rotors?

Thanks for all your help.

hard to tell from the pics if it's damaging the rotors, how do they feel? (to the touch)

did you do this? http://www.zeckhausen.com/bedding_in_brakes.htm

It's hard to tell much about rotors on the car period. If youhave any concerns about them, you should pull them off and look at both sides in good light, not just the front side through the spokes of the wheel.

if they are perfectly smooth then taking them off for no reason is dumb

As if that's a hard thing to do?

OK, fine, I don't care. But at least take the wheels off, if you are concerned about inspecting them. And if you aren't concerned about inspecting them, than why post?

I can barely see this color that he's all worried about.

I'm trying to think of an example that demonstrates just how lazy I am...

Odds are his brakes are just fine. I'm just saying what he really should do if he thinks they aren't.

ESCALVANTE has been out with us twice now doing track days, so he's new to this. I'm no brake expert, but I've gone through lot's of pads and rotors doing track days. I've had weird rotor coloration, blotching and grooves on rotors. I'm sure we all have. From my experience, if you have smooth rotors and plenty of pad left, you're probably in very good shape. I usually just run 'em to the backing plates and start over again. See you Sunday at Buttonwillow!

Mikegarrison: I took off the rotors and everything looks normal. This is with about 250 miles of street driving after the HorseTheif Mile event.

Alejo: I followed the bed-in process from CarboTech the best I could.

Again, they're perfectly smooth now but I made this tread to ask whether or not the weird coloration is normal. From what RSXLNT posted, that seems to be the case. Can anyone attest to having weird coloration on their rotors after track days???

Tim: See you Sunday. Want to rent a garage?

Iron gets hot, it changes color. No biggie.
