I heard that Honda was starting a program like the mazdaspeed program where people who actively compete can get better prices on parts.

I even saw the page but forgot to bookmark it and can't find it now.

Does any one have a link? Has any one joined it yet? How are the prices? Do they only have OEM stock parts or are there competition parts as well?
