Almost all springs are created equal; only decision is rate and fitment for the chosen shocks.

yes .. but i've heard so many times that lowering the car will "destroy" its handling that im afraid of lowering it with springs.. since all (or most..) of people who track their s2k's run a tuned coilover..

So is this true..? puting some springs (kg/mm, spoon, tanabe, espelir, tein, etc..) and some shocks.. (koni yellows.?) will it behave decently at the track ?

Coilovers are not an option for me right now... But i want to lower the car without killing its handling since the car will see track days at least once or twice a month.

You could do ground controls with koni shocks... they're springs with adjustable sleeves so you can adjust ride height and you can have them made to whatever spring rate you want.

I don't know what you implying with that but since my alignment my car handles much better than stock. Kgmm are stiff but atleast they handle better than stock unlike neuspeed or s tech which are soft as hell

Not really

They can be wound either cold or hot. Made out of different types of steel. Shot peened or not. Preset or not. etc etc etc
