I fishtaled bad!
I was driving in my local canyons pretty aggressively....I was in third between 5-8k the whole time through my run. I entered one turn at a constant throtle and right before exiting i pushed the gas some more. This caused me to do a horrible fishtale almost straight into the moutain. I am semi familar with what the car can do, but never expected this to happen. I think that it was by me applying to much gas before the apex, but i thought I punched it at the right time. I am lowered on eibach springs, and have potenza re730s with lots of thread in the back but my front tires have lots of thread mainly in the middle but i have tire wear on the out and insides. This was a very bad experience for me in doing something i love and scares me to run it again. Do you have any help on what i can do to prevent this for help me and my car, besides practicing my driving skills more.
Quit driving like an idiot on public streets and take it to a track! Too bad Darwin didn't take you out today while he could have finished the job without injuring innocent lives, too. Imagine... if there had been a motorcyclist coming the other way, you'd be in jail right now for vehicular homicide. You did something stupid and illegal and lived to tell about it. Now, learn from this and do not push the car's limits on the street.
When you have the rpms up you are putting out a large amount of power and it is easy to over power it on a curve. I suggest you run it at less rpm (less power) and avoid crashing.
payneinthe is correct. HPDE is also a good idea and I recommend it for you.

Sorry fellas i respect you comments and will not be going out there anymore, its just hard for me to make it to a track day and this is the next best thing for me.
Check out www.solo2.com for local autocrosses. Much cheaper than track days, but will allow you to release all that pent-up testosterone in a safe environment.
www.speedventures.net is the group that a lot of the fast S2000 drivers frequent. They put on very good open-track days.
I believe the FAQ has a link to a site that lists a bunch of upcoming track days in CA and NV.
Your name--Strike one. Dipshit maneuver on the street--strike two; Posting your mistake online--ball; Posting your mistake in the Racing forum--Strike 3!!! You'll get no sympathy on this forum.
You're in LA--it's not like you're in Malbis, AL. Too hard to make it to a track day? B fing S.
You want to know something that's hard? Try to make it up the stairs when you can't move your legs--or how about trying to buy more crappy replacement tires when the wife of the guy you took out is suing you.

We'll forgive you if you come out to the track or auto-x so you'll stop doing stuff like this on the streets. We'll also teach you how to drive faster than you ever thought possible.
And once again guys I apologize for my stupidity. My post was a for a learning experience.

I did quite a few canyon runs awhile back. Don't wait until you or someone you're with is involved in an accident before realizing it is very dangerous. Like others have stated, get your speed fix on the track - it's a proper learning environment and you'll have the time of your life.
