Default J's Racing Bumpsteer Kit

few questions...

are there clearance issues on stock 16" wheels at the track...meaning heavy suspension movement?

does anyone know where to find installation instructions that detail the use of the spacers? i'm buying a set used and want to make sure i have everything i need...

lastly...any feedback on using the j's bsk on the street for daily driving in the horrendous streets of Los Angeles...?

I'm assuming that you mean the rear bumpsteer kit. I do I have the J's rear bumpsteer kit on my AP1 with 18s and my daily driving handling has improved. Very nice response and it does ok on the potholes. I live in PA and we have our share of em. Not sure of the clearance though on the 16's.

You might want to post this question possibably in the "under the hood" or "mods and parts" sections to get more replies.

the j's racing rear tie rods will barely clear 16" wheels. you will have 1mm in between the wheel and the tie rod, which probably isn't safe. I've had the rear tie rods on for a year and half now, and the front tie rods for about 8 or so months, and they're still fine. thats daily driving and with a few track days.

16" wheel clearance:

Heim joints do not wear well on city streets and will need to be inspected on a regular basis for wear/play.
