Default KW Coilover v3 settings for '07

I did some search and learned that KW Coilover v3. is a good coilover option for track/street application so I am ordering one.
I learned that there are 14 pre-set settings (compression/damping) on the coilover.
What is the consensus on the optimal settings (front and rear) for the '07 AP2 model?

Thanks.

Well, to be fair, these are ADJUSTIBLE. So there could be a best street setting and a best track setting.

I should add that I think there are too many variables involved to say there is one default "optimal setting". Try setting them a little stiffer all around than the suggested settings in the booklet that comes with them. After that, play with them yourself until you find the settings that work best for you.

Perhaps I should ask it differently.
For those who track their car, what was your preferred KW V3 settings (front and rear)?
For those who drive it on daily basis, what was your preferred KW V3 settings (front and rear)?

Thanks.

See my next post: "I should add that I think there are too many variables involved to say there is one default 'optimal setting'."

There are simply too many variables. I take it you haven't received the KW's yet? When you get them you'll find that KW has done a good job of providing some suggestions for setting them up (i.e. recommended height/damper settings). I would start at KW's recommended settings and from there adjust them to your liking.

If you're new to suspension tuning, you may consider purchasing/renting some literature on the subject.
