For what exactly? Autocross, rallycross, HPDE, sanctioned road racing, drag racing?

What s2000ellier said.

...also, you do know that there is a 14 page race seat thread. You will find everything you need in there; pictures, sizes, different ways to mount the seats, you just have to read through it and you'll find what you need. Since you are pretty small (no offense), you will pretty much fit in anything available.

Recaro profi spg is a good budget seat. Waist under 32" and you will be rewarded with a perfect position with minimal movement. Fits great in the S and you can use Nagasaki seat rails. Highly recommend

Its mostly for daily use with about 5% track time.

Second a profi spg small size but don't mess around with the nagisa or taitec rail. Get the bride rail and drop it in, at your height it will fit perfectly.

Make sure what ever girl you date is at least a size 4 and 5'3" if she ever wants to drive the car

Grab a seat belt extender and it's perfect

Spg is a nice seat but a bit hardcore for only 5% track time. I drove 6 hours round trip to and from the track in one and about 2 hrs on track and it was relatively comfortable but I couldn't see doing it everyday.

The spg is so comfortable, even better than the stock seat, it's like a glove.

I have it set on middle of 3 on the front, and lowest on the rear and I could fall asleep in it but that's just me

yes, I prefer it to the stock seat. it works wonders for my sciatica problems.

Before i accepted my current job, I used to take lunch break naps in my SPG...
