I was at the track on Friday, hoping to get one more track day out of my tires and brakes. I almost made it on both -- changed the brake pads about 2/3 of the way through the day and today I found the RF tire was just starting to show cords.

RA1s, bought shaved to 6/32 from Vilven, lasted 13 track days (about 2300 miles or so). Rears are probably good for another event or so, but likely I'll just replace the whole set and toss the old ones.

 

Not only did they last that long before cording, but you turned pretty good lap times right until the end.
