I know for sure there was a learning curve after getting the LSD installed.
Can you elabored late on that? What was different? How did you adjust your driving style to accommodate?

Going open diff to lsd I understand, but I have a little trouble wrapping my head around going from one type of lsd to a different one with how it affects driving...
The clutch-type LSD locks more reliably and efficiently. Also the way you setup the ramp and locking rate also means the car will respond differently. You actually spend more time with confidence on the throttle because you know the rear tires are constantly powered even if you get a little wheel lift.

does a clutch pack LSD make more sense with stiffer suspension? how much stiffer does it need to be?

how much of this is driving style dependent?

Stiff suspension does not warrant for a clutch-type LSD. Stiff suspension doesn't mean that the car will handle better either. You'll have to identify what you're looking for.

There is no dependence on driving style, however, your driving habits will change when you add the clutch-type in.

I still believe a clutch-type LSD is the best mod to date. That is of course...added to the lighter flywheel, test pipe, and tune. My car is incredibly basic. If you were to tear apart my car, you'll see I have way less mods than most people on track, yet, the car still performs at a very high level.
