need baseline pressures for a3so4
first season on hoosiers and i am scared that i am chasing my tail. currently running 33f 31r. i suffered my first spin since this time last year and i am still shaking after two weeks. just need to know the ball park and i can tune from there. thanks.
I believe shaggy and I ran 38F / 36R at the San Diego Tour. Hoosiers require a lot more pressure than Kumhos do; 33/31 is low-ish even for Kumhos.
All of the posts above assume you're running 225F / 245R on stock wheels. If you're not, then pressures are a whole different ballgame.

I think Coraldoc and I have been running 36 all around with 225/ 245, Saner bar, -1.8F, -2.0R, No Toe. The alignment is awesome, no push, no oversteer, and the tires have not let go even when jerking the wheel (just to see what would happen) in tight fast slaloms. Those tires are amazing.
WELL WORTH THE $$$$

Well, at a very tight course last weekend, I tried everything from 39 front 37 rear down to 35-33. I maintained a 2 pond differential at all times. My fastet runs were at the lower pressures. It was a very mild day. I don't think the temps ever got above 65 out. The regular class winner was running even lower: 34-31. In my last run, I got to within a half second, but hit a cone. My time would have been good enough for second place if it was clean.
I'm not sure how the pressures will change when it gets hot here and I am running on the courses that bump up to third gear.
