Not the way he tells it -- "WAH WAH WAH I've NEVER had a tuned motor, they've all been bone stock...and down on power too...and usually didn't even get installed till sometime during the third lap of the race...and...and...and...so there!! (sniff)"

Meanwhile, SC himself says "yeah, we're making a little north of 300 at the crank..."

doesn't hardtop guy have them for $400.?

I am not sure how much cheaper they are from Kia. I bought mine from hardtopguy for $300 about 18 months ago.

Well yeah, 290 at the hubs would equate to slightly more than 300 at the crank Of course I have no idea where I heard that...
