Default Non-staggered setup advice?

I just purchased a 255 non staggered setup for the tracks and was wondering if you folks could give me some advice as to:

1. Assuming the valving will fit my options, what spring rates should I choose to run? I currently have 3 sets of springs: 11kg/mm, 13kg/mm and 14kg/mm
Should I go 14/11 or 13/11?

2. I currently have both front and rear Tanabe 30.4mm sway bars but it seems that keep this setup would make it to be very prone to over steer due to the stiff rear sway bar. I don't plan on running without a rear sway bar as I will still be running a staggered setup on the street. Do you guys feel that I should probably go with the stock rear sway bar (which one?) or can I possibly keep the Tanabe in the rear?

Thanks!

Im currently on HKS Hipermax 3 Sport, spring rates are 13kg/mm in the front and 11kg/mm in the rear. I run stock sway bars front and rear. The car feels very balanced to me, the rear end starts to get a little light in high speed corners (above 90mph) but thats more due to the lack of a wing or any downforce in the rear.

You could try to keep in the Tanabe sways and drive it, if you dont like it put the stock rear bar in or just disconnect one side of the rear bar for track days (takes about 5 minutes)

Are you running without a wing?

You would not want to run the same rate sway bar front and rear. Try the stock rear sway bar and it's very easy to remove one end link so you can try the car with no rear sway too.

I think stock rear sway and 14/13 will be money.
