You can rotate just fine after you bore them out -- they just won't be hubcentric on the rears.

You'd need a pretty sizable spacer to get the rears on the front, in which case (a) you'd need to shell out a lot of money for longer studs, which would cost way more than just boring out the wheels, and (b) you'd no longer be hubcentric in the front, so you wouldn't really be getting any advantage for your efforts.

oh i mean if i only bored one of them out. dont you only need the spacer to clear the center of the hub to make it fit? lets say like around 5mm?

If you bore out one set then you dont need anything however if you want to be able to rotate the rims front to back then you will need to bore all four out and use a hubcentric ring on the back

I couldnt find anywhere online that had a hubcentric ring that would work so I just got my machinist buddy to make some up. I seem to recall the ring thickness required was around 3mm but I'd get your machinist to take measurements to be sure.

You've lost me somewhere. The reason you open up the centerbore of the wheel is so that it fits around the axle, since stock rear centerbore is 64 mm while the stock front centerbore is 70 mm.

Once you bore out your rear wheels, they'll fit over the front hub without the need for a spacer (for hub clearance -- someone else will have to speak to other clearances). I'm not sure what benefit you'd get from boring out only one of your two rear wheels.

yeah i was just making sure cause when you said bore "them", i thought you were referring to just the two wheels. i understand i need to bore out all 4. im just worried also that they will hit the inside suspension components, some say yes and some say no. theres no real definitive answer to it

Ok, I will try to make this simple

The rears stay the same.

You will have to purchase two extra rear wheels and have a machine shop bore the center of the wheels so they fit on the front hubs. Pricing ranges on this from $50 to $120 with some machine shops unwilling to touch them.

Once machined, the rear wheels will bolt up to the front without an issue. and nothing will hit the suspension. If you are lowered and don't add enough camber it will rub the fenders quite a bit.

To make this even easier, I have a set of two rear ap2 2006-2007 wheels bored out I am selling.

The amount of camber depends on the ride height.
