Default Offical 1/4 mile Thread

I know the s2000 is not a 1/4 mile car but people do run their s2000 in the 1/4 myself included and think there should be an official thread with the top 10 1/4 mile times for Stock,NA, FI and Nitrous, with scanned time sheets included of course.

S2000 1/4 mile times:

1. 13.3-fltsfshr ** no timesheet
2. 14.4-fltsfshr ** no timesheet
3. 16.4 @ 82.2 mph-payneinthe **CONVERTED: 7.8s (115mph exit speed), but not from a standing start
4. 18.6-krazik ** used the 1-one-thousand method
5. Eventually- cthree ** no timesheet
6.
7.
8.
9.
10.

No offense, but this has been tried in this forum many times before. The people who frequent this forum generally use their cars for skill-based competition (which generally requires turning the wheel). Call us snobs, but there's just zero interest.

And thanks for the gory detail on the car you no longer own. I'm sure it was wicked fast with the red calipers and the 35% tint.

It works better to wait and see if there is any interest than to just declare in advance that there is not.

I tend to agree with this. Let's try to break the mold a bit, shall we?

I ran 14.3 consistently with the RSX, I consider that quick. Red calipers = increased stopping power. I like to document the cars I own, makes me happy. And i'm suuure there's gotta be some intrest, The street encounters forum is full of straight line races.

Given that this guy has a sense of humor, I'm almost willing to quit being an ass.... almost....

WOW a 1/4 mile long thread. Ok I'll help. I ran 14.4's with it stock. I ran a 13.3 last year. Now I have another 20 hp and I have no idea but I' really willing to make a thread a quarte rmile long. I sponsor a civic that runs low 11's. The S is fun but it's truly not a drag car.
Looks like I've used up about an inch out of that quarter mile..
