pics from the last private track day...i'm in silver s2k with the GT wing...








Me trying to get through traffic to catch Jaku. I finally got through traffic, but then the checkered flag came out.

 

The camera car is Jaku from s2ki. I'm behind him for about the first 2 laps and then he lets me get by on the front straight and then follows me around. Keep in mind he's running RE01 (i think those tires) and I'm running NT01. Both running GT wings. He's running 1:27's during this session at Streets of Willow. 90+ degree heat.

We dominated that track day in the s2k's against some VERY high end sports cars.

I thought they enabled embedded youtube vids on s2ki...how do i get it to work?

yeah, i remember seeing your car in that area

was one of the best events i've been to even with so many cars. sean put on a good event

 

yeah we're planning another one soon.

a lil bit more organized next time.

if i remember correctly that was a lady driving that car

there were a few imprezas driven by ladies that day

 

it's seemed pretty organized for how big it was. i'm used to doing track days with much fewer cars. i liked being able to go into any session i wanted to get plenty of track time.

I was there with the S15 and GT2...they know sean and they got me in. Hopefully I'll see you at the next one

 

yeah that was a woman driver. it's always cool to see women out on the track no matter their skill level
